Belgacom for instance organized an entire game in it’s office headquarters, looking for different art works from their private collection to familiarize their teams with their working environment.
As for ING, they’ve been seduced by a team building adventure in Brussels and it’s employees were driven through Brussels in an unusual game. The game was punctuated by questions over their bank strategy and other details bringing participants in a special place in the “Sablon” neighborhood of Brussels where a party was organized for them. A dashboard, showing the participants’ advance in real time was used by the organizers to see which team made the least mistakes, which was the fastest etc... A great and successful day for everyone!

Belgacom art was a game created around our art collection in collaboration with Gemotions, a young startup that encourages innovation in the field of treasure hunt games. What makes the game particular? The questions and clues that let teams pass from one step of the game to the next are received by short text messages on the participants’ phones. The game, while pushing the use of mobile phones, allows the discovery of our collection in a fun and playful way.
After a walk through Belgacom’s headquarters, the game was prolongated in the city of Brussels, exposing some publicly exposed pieces by the artists present in the collection.

" Gemotions was instrumental in making ING Direct Channels’ team event a huge success. Gemotions’ platform supported 16 teams on 4 different custom-made tracks/itineraries and was highly appreciated by the 200+ participants!
It enabled a series of “first time experiences” for the participants, making the event unique, highly innovative, fun and full of surprises! The game, through meticulous composition of the teams, helped in reaching other specific objectives of the team building event, such as getting to know members of other groups, building an internal network and fostering working relationships.
